Chef and owner of Franco’s Bistro. I’ve been in the business now for 17 years after moving from Sicily to this wonderful town of Pueblo. Growing up, I was fully immersed in a family and culture that encouraged the love of fine cuisine. My father passed down his skill and passion for cooking to me.
